I have received my order but the garment is too small, can I exchange this?
AnswerYes, you can either bring the item into the shop and we can exchange it there for stock items (or place an order if this is out of stock). Alternatively you can post these back to us along with a note stating what garment you would like and your return address and we will arrange to have the replacements sent out.

How long will my order take?
AnswerThis will depend on many factors although we try to complete all orders as quickly as possible. As a rule in our busy period we say no longer than 7-10 working days, if for some reason we cannot complete this in the time frame (items may be out of stock from manufacturers) we will notify you using your contact details left at the time of ordering.

How will my order be sent?
AnswerMost orders are sent by either DHL courier or Royal Mail depending on the size and weight of the garments.

My school isn’t on your website, can you do these?
AnswerSome schools request that we provide the uniform directly to them rather than to parents, it is best to check with the school first to find out if this is the case.

I am a teacher at a school; you do not currently offer our uniform. Would you be able to sell this for us?

My garment is faulty, can I bring this back?
AnswerYes of course, unfortunately on a very rare occasion a faulty garment may slip through. If this is a manufacturing error then we will be happy to refund or exchange your item for you provided proof of purchase is given. However, if this is a damaged garment due to excessive wear and tear we will not provide a refund although we may on occasion be able to provide assistance with repairing the garment.
